
The Doctoral Programme in Specific Didactics at the Universitat de València has introduced TiquetingUV as its new online support protocol.
TiquetingUV is the University’s support tool designed to handle queries and issues in an organised, traceable, and efficient manner. It offers a wide range of request categories, allows detailed descriptions and comments, and supports file attachments to help resolve each case.
To use the system, users must log in with their UV email credentials, select the desired support area and type of request, and fill in the form. Once submitted, the request is sent to the appropriate team for resolution.
The platform keeps a record of all interactions between the requester and the support team, which improves service quality control and allows for tracking the number of tickets resolved over time.
