Biography | ||
Doctor en Filología Hispánica por la Universidad de Zaragoza (2006), es profesor titular del Departamento de Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura de la Universitat de València (2012). Antes trabajó en las Universidades de Jaén (2010-2011) y Zaragoza (2011-2012), y realizó estancias de investigación en las de Saint Andrews (Escocia, 2005) y Harvard (Estados Unidos, 2008-2010). Sus líneas de investigación comprenden el estudio de la literatura contemporánea, el análisis de manuales y otros materiales didácticos de lengua y literatura (L1 y ELE), las actitudes medioambientales y sostenibles, la metacognición y comprensión lectora, la evaluación de la creatividad y la innovación didáctica de carácter transdisciplinar. Actualmente desempeña el cargo de Coordinador de Prácticas del Máster Universitario en Profesor/a de Educación Secundaria de la Universitat de València. |

Biography | ||
PhD on Catalan Philology. She is a Catalan language teacher at the Department of Language and Literature Education at the University of Valencia. She also instructs teacher training courses and workshops. She supervises Practicum and TFG at Early Years Education and Primary Education’s Degree, and also teaches and supervises TFM at the MA in Secondary Education Teaching. From 2015 to 2019 she has been director of Allioli, Quaderns de l’Ensenyament del País Valencià (ISSN 1576-0197), founded in 1979, with a circulation of 21.000 copies distributed among Valencian teachers and schools of all educational levels. She is one of the members of the Research Group in Teaching of Languages (GIEL, http://grupogiel.com/) and Unitat d’Educació Multilingüe (UEM) at the University of Valencia, and also is a member of Un entre tants, a cooperative network about ICT educational experiences in Catalan language, of the International Association of Catalan Language and Literature (AILLC) and the Spanish Society of Didactics of Language and Literature (SEDLL). Her research fields include language and literature teaching, ICT as an educational resource, language education in multilingual environments, work for projects and grammar teaching. She has participated in several research projects about writing difficulties, linguistic autobiography, teaching practices, oral Catalan teaching and learning, and improvised oral poetry, among others. She has coordinated various educational innovation projects: TIC, TAC, TAP. Biography | ||
Elia Saneleuterio is a faculty member (Profesora Titular / Associate Professor) at the Department of Language and Literature Teaching at the University of Valencia, Spain. She received her first Ph.D. cum laude, in 2011 (Spanish Literature). Previously, she graduated in Spanish Philology and Childhood Education and she also earned her master’s degree in Specific Didactics Research (Language and Literature Teaching) and a second Ph.D. (in Education). Apart from Spanish and Catalan, she speaks English, French, German and Italian. She was a Visiting Scholar at the Università di Bologna (Italy) (2009), Uniwersytet Wrocławski (Poland) (2012), University of California, Berkeley (USA) (2016-17), Universidade do Minho (Portugal) (2017), Universidad Católica Boliviana (Bolivia) (2017), Rutgers University, Newark (USA) (2018), Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (France) (2019) and University of Glasgow (United Kingdom) (2023), among others. Her earlier research focused on Spanish Poetry, field where she contributed with many lectures and scholar papers, and also with an intelligent website for chatting in poetry language (https://www.abpoesia.com/) and promoting creative writing among students. More recently, she has focused on the study of assessment in Higher Education, cooperative learning, collaborative review processes, teaching and learning of spelling, vocabulary, grammar… (in Spanish as L1). She is also currently conducting research about literary education, symbolism in literature, character constructions, children's animation movies, etc. As a poet, she won important literary awards and she signs her poetic works as Elia S. Temporal: 180º, Al nord amb els teus ulls, a/brazadas, 2/3... She is the director of the research group TALIS and also of several international conferences (XXIX AEGS, CICELI). She is a member of the research groups MiRed and PoGEsp. He has 3 teaching 5-year terms and 2 research 6-year terms recognized by the CNEAI (2006-12 and 2013-18). Alícia Santolària Òrrios holds a BA (Hons) in Catalan Studies (Universitat de València) and a PhD in Teaching Language and Literature (Universitat de València). Her main research areas are teaching and learning written language, particularly focusing on pupils at first years of primary school. She is a member of several teaching innovation projects and she regularly attends conferences and workshops on teaching languages and teachers’ training and professional development. She is a member of the research group GIEL (Research group on Teaching Languages). She also has links with research groups from other universities. |
