Administrative procedure

Initial requirements:

1. Being admitted and enrolled in a UV doctorate program.

Requirements during the doctorate:

2. Submit the research plan during the first year.
   All students must submit, before the end of the first year, a research plan outlining the topic, objectives, methodology, bibliography, and time schedule, which will be approved by the Academic Committee of the Doctorate Program.
3. Signing of the agreement
   Although negotiations regarding the terms of the agreement may take place from the moment of enrollment, Annex I of the agreement must include the research plan; therefore, it must have been drafted beforehand.
4. Complete the academic training corresponding to the doctorate program (undertaking specific and cross-disciplinary activities, passing annual evaluations, etc.).

Final requirements:

5. Upon thesis deposit, the corresponding documentation must be provided to assess whether the requirements established for obtaining the industrial mention are met. These are:

• The employment history report (vida laboral), which must accredit at least one year of employment by the entity during the development of the doctorate.
• The employment contract with the entity.
• The collaboration agreement between the University and the entity, signed by all parties.
• A scientific-technical report.
