Administrative procedure
Initial requirements:
- Being admitted and enrolled in a UV doctorate program.
Requirements during the doctorate:
- Submit the research plan during the first year.
All students must submit, before the end of the first year, a research plan outlining the topic, objectives, methodology, bibliography, and time schedule, which will be approved by the Academic Committee of the Doctorate Program. - Signing of the agreement
Although negotiations regarding the terms of the agreement may take place from the moment of enrollment, Annex I of the agreement must include the research plan; therefore, it must have been drafted beforehand. - Complete the academic training corresponding to the doctorate program (undertaking specific and cross-disciplinary activities, passing annual evaluations, etc.).
Final requirements:
- Upon thesis deposit, the corresponding documentation must be provided to assess whether the requirements established for obtaining the industrial mention are met. These are:
- The employment history report (vida laboral), which must accredit at least one year of employment by the entity during the development of the doctorate.
- The employment contract with the entity.
- The collaboration agreement between the University and the entity, signed by all parties.
- A scientific-technical report.
