The Electoral Commission of the University of Valencia has the statuary warrant of communicating annually to each member of the teaching and research staff and of the administration staff and services their census data.

This individualised communication  of the census data that is made by means of the Virtual Secretary, will remain published until 1 March 2023, in order to present a complain, if the opportunity arises, with the corresponding justification.

The data we communicate are updated dated 1 February 2023, in accordance with the facilitated information to the Electoral Commission by the corresponding Administrative Services.

This year the communication of census data is not received by:

  • The hired staff for a specific project or service, for developing specific projects of scientific or technical research, since, according to the point 4 of the 241 article of the University Statutes, they can only participate in the elections to principal.
  • The administration and services staff with temporary contract, in consideration of their labour mobility, without prejudice to their electoral rights are guaranteed within a determined process.
