Students who are starting the university studies in September 2026 at the School of Engineering from the Universitat de València will have Entreiguals at their disposal, a mentorship programme between students aimed at making the process of starting university easier.

This programme connects first-year students and incoming students with students from upper courses who were in their same situation not too long ago and who can be by their side during their experience of starting university, as well as providing them with any information they might need at all times.

Therefore, we recommend students who are joining the UV to make the most of this opportunity since it will help you to:

  • Finding your way around campus: classrooms, labs, libraries, etc.
  • Understanding how the School of Engineering works.
  • Solving doubts regarding grants, the virtual classroom, etc.
  • Finding out about extra activities: languages, sports, volunteering, etc.

How does our centre work?

Once you have enrolled, the School of Engineering will designate a mentor for you who will get in touch with you by the end of July. The only thing you need to do is keep an eye out for any e-mails on your UV address or WhatsApp messages. From then on, you will be able to use that contact and ask your mentor any doubts, depending on what you need.

Entreiguals is a programme from the Office of the Vice-Rector for Studies managed by Information and Promotion Service for Students (Sedi) and carried out in accordance with the faculties and School of Engineering from the Universitat de València.
