The School of Engineering of the UV, through their association IEEE Student Branch, will take part in the competition IEEExtreme which will be held next Saturday 26 October. This competition will have six ETSE-UV Engineering students divided into two teams, who will confront two other teams from around the world in different programming problems.
The event will start on Saturday 18 at 2:00 a.m. and will finish on Sunday at 2:00 a.m. Consequently, participants and organisers will enter the ETSE-UV on Friday 17 at 23:00 p.m., and the event is expected to finish on Sunday 19, at 3:00 a.m.
IEEEXtreme is a worldwide challenge in where different student teams, members of the IEEE, supported by their Student Branch and supervised by their Senior Member of the IEE; compete for 24 hours to resolve the greatest number of programming problems.
