It is responsible for promoting, organising and academically supervising external academic placements, in coordination with the degree committees attached to the Centre. 

FUNCTIONS

1. To organise and coordinate the training placements for each degree programme at the centre. 
2. To propose internship programme models to the committees of each of the Centre's degree programmes for approval. 
3. To evaluate the internship offers received and assign them to the areas of knowledge. 
4. To approve the annual internship offer for each degree programme. 
5. To establish the procedures and criteria for assigning internship offers to students. 
6. Establish, where appropriate, the procedure for assigning external internships to students on mobility and double degree programmes in accordance with the programme report approved by the Governing Council. 
7. Report on requests for recognition as external academic internships for professional activity. 
8. Set the maximum number of teaching credits assigned to academic tutoring within the framework of the regulations of the University of Valencia that govern it. 
9. Prepare and approve the reports required for compliance with the Internal Quality Assurance System. 
10. Propose to the committees of each of the centre's degree programmes a procedure for awarding honours in curricular placements. 
11. Any other duties that may be established from time to time to ensure the smooth running of placements. 

COMPOSITION

The Centre Internship Committee shall be chaired by the president or a person delegated by the president. The Centre Board shall determine the number and method of election of the members of the Centre Internship Committee who represent a group, in accordance with the UV Regulations on External Academic Internships (ACGUV 213/2024).
