Technical characteristics of the Working Equipment for the UV
The working equipment have to meet the necessary ergonomical criteria, as far as possible, so its usage does not suppose a risk for the user. For thism some technical and ergonomical characteristics are mentioned.
Shelves / closets:
They must have a good structure resistance and a strong fastening system between the structure and the shelves, preventing the load form falling down the shelves.
If they have doors, they cannot be of glass or any other material that can be broken and cut.
It is convenient that they have protection edges in each shelve to prevent objects form falling.
Ladders:
Ladders will not be purchades unless their resistance and stability.
Stepladders or double ladders, will have safety elements to prevent their opening while in use.
If they are of wood, it will have one-piece, well-assembled ladder rails. The use of painted wood ladders is forbidden.
Bulletin board:
Bulletin boards must have a good structural resistance.
In the event of them having transparent doors, they must be of a security material and must have protection edges around them.
