16th European Association of Occupational Health Psychology Conference

On June 5, 6 and 7, different members of IDOCAL participated in the 16th European Association of Occupational Health Psychology Conference, organized by the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology and the University of Granada. The conference took place in the city of Granada Hotel Abades Nevada Palace.

Various works were presented on the projects directed by Professor Vicente González Roma, Professors Isabel Rodríguez and Núria Tordera and Professor Esther Villajos.

In addition to presenting their work, the IDOCAL team had the opportunity to meet with different researchers from other universities with which we maintain collaborative relationships (Prof Gloria González Claremont Graduate University; Marisa Salanova, Universitat Jaume I Castellón, Pascale LeBlanc, Eindhoven University; Jari Hakannen, FIOH; Lina Mülder, Danila Molinaro, or Cristian Vazquez, University of Sheffield) and establish new contacts with researchers in the area of ​​occupational health psychology.

Members of the Digylid team, Felipe Bravo, Milena Guimaraes, Núria Tordera and Esther Villajos presented various works in which they presented the latest advances of the project in relation to both the results of the training program and the impact of different factors of teleworking on the well-being of teleworkers.

- Jonathan Peñalver, Esther Villajos, Núria Tordera: Connecting sustainability and wellbeing at work:The role of Environmental Satisfaction in the relationship between Green Human Resources Practices and Work Engagement

A specific symposium on robotization was held in which the main advances of the Prometeo 20121/048 research project on "The influence of robotization on the characteristics of jobs and work results" were presented. Specifically, Nina Jonczyk presented the work "The Relationship between Robotisation and Work Characteristics: A Systematic Literature Review", and Vicente González-Romá presented the work "Working with robots and work characteristics". In addition, Matias Arriagada presented the work "The dual Impact of ICT use at work on employee well-being: A moderated mediation model" in another session.

In addition, seven second-year students of the Erasmus WOP-P Master program from the four universities of the consortium received a grant to participate in the co-congress: Olga Kokolaki (University of Bologna); Heitor Almeida, Milena Guimarães and Monique Delfim Andrade (University of Coimbra); Paola Andrea Escolar Gutiérrez (University of Barcelona); and Claudia Pergola and Sonia Climent (University of Valencia)
