DESCRIPTION OF THE PREVENTION MEASURES AGAINST COVID IMPLEMENTED IN THE INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH IN PSYCHOLOGY OF HUMAN RESOURCES, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND QUALITY OF WORK LIFE (IDOCAL)
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREVENTION MEASURES AGAINST COVID IMPLEMENTED IN THE INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH IN PSYCHOLOGY OF HUMAN RESOURCES, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND QUALITY OF WORK LIFE (IDOCAL)
1. Prevention measures implemented to maintain interpersonal distance
In accordance with section 5.1 and 5.7 of Management Instruction IUV17 / 2020, the following measures have been implemented:
(1) Office and laboratory workstations have been reorganized to ensure an interpersonal distance of at least two meters.
(2) Commonly used fountains and dispensers have been disabled.
(3) The common use space where the aforementioned fountains and dispensers are found has been closed to use.
(4) There are different stairs enabled to go up and down to the floor of the building where the Idocal spaces are located.
In public service spaces and workstations:
(1) Attention to the public is carried out with a protective screen or guaranteeing a minimum physical separation of one and a half meters.
(2) An appointment system has been created to limit the simultaneous attendance of people.
2. Ventilation.
When weather and building conditions permit, windows will be kept open as long as possible.
3. Decrease in the number of people and capacity limitations.
Capacity limitations of the teaching rooms, meeting rooms, and workspaces:
The maximum capacity has been established to meet the recommended interpersonal distance of at least two meters.
4. Hygienic measures against COVID-19
Mask
The use of a hygienic or surgical mask is mandatory, both in open and closed spaces, when it is possible to concur in the same space with other people, without prejudice to the exemptions provided in state and regional regulations.
Alcoholic solution
The common use areas have dispensers with alcohol-based preparations (minimum 70%) to facilitate hand hygiene.
