Last week, research staff from IDOCAL participated in the Congress of Psychology, Technological Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (CIPIE2026), held at the University of Navarra. The IDOCAL representation was present in various scientific formats throughout the congress. In the symposium 'New Technologies and Changes in Jobs, Leaders, and Workers', organised by Vicente González-Romá, studies were presented by Matías Arriagada, Leon Vahlkamp, Harlen Alpízar-Rojas, and Isabel Rodríguez, all focused on analysing the changes that new technologies are bringing to work, leadership, and the workforce.

Additionally, Baltasar González-Anta delivered an oral presentation sharing teaching experiences aimed at developing skills to face the challenges of sustainability and entrepreneurship from the perspective of Work Psychology.

Meanwhile, José María Peiró led a workshop exploring the potential of attendees' artificial intelligence-based tools as support for designing psychosocial interventions in organisational contexts characterised by innovation.

Besides these scientific contributions, the congress was attended by Virginia Orengo and Ana Zornoza, which further strengthened the presence of the IDOCAL team at a forum dedicated to analysing technological transformation and its implications for work psychology and organisations.

The team's participation highlights IDOCAL and the University of Valencia’s commitment to excellence in research, innovative teaching, and knowledge transfer in strategic areas such as digitalisation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and the future of work.
