The next congress of the International Association of Work Psychology of the French Language (AIPTLF) will be held in Bordeaux from 9 to 12 July 2018, with the title "Time for challenges: (R) Evolution of work and organizations ".

Advances in technology, digitization and hyper-connection growth, robotics and the automation of complex intellectual tasks, accelerate new forms of employment (Self-entrepreneurship, transition management, Portage, teleworking, day pack ), which increases the porosity of the frontiers between work and away life, short-term temporization, flexibility and increased mobility of people, activities and statutes, the renewal of organizational models... These phenomena that disturb the practices and representations of work, employment and organizations. The workers and the companies are in the heart of these (R) evolutions. They are multiple: technical, digital, economic, social, environmental, administrative, cultural and questionable by the submission or emancipation they generate. They also question the level, the type of knowledge to be developed and their weight in professional practice.

In this congress, the prof. José M. Peiró will give the inaugural conference titled: "(R) Technological developments in work and organizations: What (R) evolutions for the psychology of work and organizations?"
