Vicente González-Romá is professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia (UV) and Director of the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (Idocal) of the aforementioned university. He served as Director of the Graduate Employment Service (OPAL) of this university from 2009 to 2018.

He has served as Editor (2008-2011) and Associate Editor (2005-2008) of the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (EJWOP). Currently, he is Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology, and member of the editorial boards of the Journal of Management, and EJWOP.

He has published articles in high-impact international journals such as Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Vocational Behavior, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Work & Stress, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Multivariate Behavioral Research, Structural Equation Modeling, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.

Some of his research topics are organizational and team climate, leader-member exchange, job burnout and engagement, work teams, graduate and youth employment, and research and measurement methods.

He has been the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PI of nine research projects funded by national and regional research agencies. He has also been member of international research teams funded by European Union grants.

I obtained in 1995 the title of graduate in Psychology at the Universitat de València and in 2000 the title of Doctor in Psychology Psychology at the University of Valencia, (apt cum laude and P.E.).

In the year 2002, I obtained a position as Associate Professor.

My work as a researcher is part of the Research Unit of Work Psychology and Organizations (UIPOT) that has been integrated into the Research Institute in Psychology of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Quality of Work. Labor Life (IDOCAL), founded in 2008.

Throughout my academic career I have participated in various research projects, including the project Psychological contracts across employment situations (PSYCONES). Project funded by the Fifth Framework Program of the European Union. www.uv.es/~psycon In this project I specialize in the study of job insecurity, a topic that will leave many of the publications I have made.

I have also participated in different research projects funded by different official bodies. I am currently investigating in the project "New challenges in the study of work well-being in the scenario of exit from the crisis, international study of the quality of employment, personal, generational and socio-cultural factors".
 The results of these projects are specified in numerous presentations to scientific congresses, both national and international, in publications in journals and in different book chapters.

Mario Martínez-Córcoles is Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia. He has previously worked as professor in several universities: Autonomous University of Barcelona (2013-2014), Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) (2014-2018), and University of Valladolid (2018-2020). His research focuses on leadership, safety in critical infrastructures, proactivity, and the impact of information technology on work. He has published numerous research studies in top scientific journals such as Safety Science, Risk Analysis or Journal of Safety Research. Mario Martínez-Córcoles has also worked as consultant for international agencies such as the International Atomic Energy Agency of United Nations (IAEA), or the World Institute of Nuclear Security (WINS).

Pilar González-Navarro is PhD in Psychology cum laude (Univ. of Valencia, 1994). She is associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology in Dpt. of Social Psychology. University of Valencia. Teaching in the area of Social Psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology, in the Chair of Family Business of the Universitat de València of Economy Faculty, and in Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. Member of the Research Unit on Work and Organizational Psychology of the University of Valencia. Member of the IDOCAL (Research institute in Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Work). Prof. González-Navarro has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals such British Journal of Health Psychology, Psychology & Health, International Journal of Conflict Management, Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, etc. Many WOP researchers around the world cite her publications. She has participated as researcher in 10 research projects funded by different official organizations, some of them granted to research excellence groups. She has received three positive evaluations of the research activity in the periods 1998-2006, 2007-2012, 2013-2018 and 5 positive evaluations of the teaching activity. She coordinates several research projects about the impact of organizational and work processes (emotions at work and work conflict) on behaviors and external reactions of employees (satisfaction, quality of life).

Francisco J. Gracia (Degree in Psychology -1992- and Doctor in Social and Organizational Psychology -1998- by the Universitat de València), is Associate Professor of the Department of Social Psychology at the Universitat de València. He teaches and coordinates the courses of Personnel Psychology in the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (https://www.erasmuswop.org/). He also teaches and coordinates the course Psychology of Human Resources in the Bachelor of Psychology. He also teaches in the Master in Management of Human Resources of the Faculty of Social Sciences, as well as in the Doctorate Program with Mention towards Excellence in Psychology of Human Resources.

His research activity is carried out within the framework of IDOCAL (https://www.uv.es/idocal), the Research Institute for Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life. Currently he has two main areas of research. On the one hand, safety culture and safety performance and the implementation of the characteristic processes of high reliable organizations for safety management in high-risk industries. On the other hand, the management of sustainable human resources, that is, the application of human resources policies and practices to achieve the corporate sustainability strategy, and to attract, develop, maintain and regenerate the human resources base. He has published his research in international journals such as Safety Science, Accident Analysis and Prevention, Risk Analysis, Journal of Safety Research, Sustainability, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and European Journal of Management, among others.

He has carried out human resources consulting activities in management training and development, personnel selection, performance management, competencies management, teamwork, innovation, and safety culture, to mention only the most important topics, and for both public and private organizations.

Ana Hernández got her PhD in Psychology in 1998 at the University of Valencia, where she has been associate professor since 2003. She has a double affiliation with the department of Methodology, and the Research Institute for Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL).

Her main methodological research interests are related to validity of measurement instruments, in general, and scale and item functioning, in particular. She has published about these topics in journals such as Multivariate Behavioral Research, Journal of Applied Psychology and Structural Equation Modeling. She has represented Spain in the EFPA commission for the European accreditation of test users and is member of the Spanish Test Commission within the Spanish Psychological Association. She is current secretary of the AEMCCO (Spanish Association of Methodology of Behavioral Sciences), and member of the executive committee of the EAM (European Association of Methodology). 

Regarding WOP-P Psychology, her main research interests are related to team climate, leadership, and underemployment. She has recently published on these topics in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and the book Underemployment: Psychological, Economic, and Social Challenges, among others.

Vicente Martinez-Tur is a full Professor in Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia. He is member of the IDOCAL (Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organisational Development, and Quality of Working Life). He has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals. He coordinates several research projects about the impact of organizational and work processes (justice, climate, emotional labor) on external reactions of customers (satisfaction, quality of life). Núria Tordera Santamatilde has a doctorate in psychology and is a senior lecturer at the Social Psychology Department at the University of Valencia. She teaches undergraduate and graduate classes, mainly in organizational psychology, and is co-director of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). Víctor Valls Royo (degree in Psychology -2007- and Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources -2015-, University of Valencia, Spain) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). His doctoral dissertation was conducted under the direction of Prof. Vicente González-Romá and Prof. Inés Tomás, and examines the mechanisms linking the influence of work team diversity on team performance. In recent years, he has participated in several research projects and academic initiatives with different research topics (e.g., graduates’ overqualification). Biography
 

Ana Zornoza Abad is a full Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia. She is the coordinator of Doctorate Program in Psychology of Human Resources of Valencia University. Prof. Zornoza has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals such as European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Computers in Human Behavior, Group Decision and Negotiation, etc. Many WOP researchers around the world cite his publications. She coordinates several research projects about the incidence of technology on group processes and outcomes (performance, trust, conflict, potency, coordination) and the characteristics of virtual collaboration (virtual teams, virtual communities)

Biography
 

Rosario Zurriaga Llorens. PhD in Psychology and PhD extraordinary award from the University of Valencia. She is currently Associate Professor of the Department of Social Psychology of the University of Valencia. She is a member of IDOCAL (Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL).

Her teaching activity has been developed at the University of Valencia, mainly in the Faculty of Psychology and the Faculty of Physiotherapy. She has been a professor in the Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree in Work, Organizational and Human Resources Psychology and is a professor in the Master in Human Resource Management of the University of Valencia.
She has participated in various research projects on leadership, work climate, emotional work, quality of service and psychological well-being, some of them granted to excellent research groups such as CONSOLIDER or PROMETEO. His current research focuses on emotions at work.
She is the author of several publications on health psychology and organizational psychology, published in journals with a high impact factor. As a result of the research carried out, she has presented papers to national and international scientific conferences. She is also the author or co-author of papers publised in national and international scientific journals. She has published  scientific book chapters, has directed 2 monographs and is a co-author of 3 complete books.
Regarding her teaching activity outside the university, she has taught numerous courses on social and managerial skills, in public and / or private organizations, such as the Andalusian School of Public Health, the National Institute of Public Administration and in banking institutions training managers .
She has received 4 positive evaluations of the research activity and 7 positive evaluations of the teaching activity.
She has been director of the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Valencia from December 2003 to January 2009.
