The VI Scientific Conference of Research in Psychology of Human Resources took place at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Valencia the 12-14 of September 2016
On the 12th to 14th of September the VI Scientific Conference on Research in Human Resources Psychology took place. Students from the universities of Seville and Valencia that are enrolled in the PhD program in HR Psychology have participated in the conference. These sessions were supported by the PROMETEO 2016/138 project, financed by the Consellería d’Educació, Formació i Occupació for the development of R&D actions by research groups of excellence within the program.
Current issues in the Psychology of Human Resources were discussed such as diversity in organizations and well-being at work among others. A seminar about how to publish in high-quality journals was also conducted within the sessions by prof. Vicente González-Roma, PhD from the University of Valencia.
