The VIII Scientific Conference of Research in Psychology of Human Resources took place at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Valencia the 18 & 19 of September.
On the 18th and 19th of September the VIII Scientific Conference on Research in Human Resources Psychology took place. Students from the universities of Seville and Valencia that are enrolled in the PhD program in HR Psychology have participated in the conference. These sessions were supported by the PROMETEO 2016/138 project, financed by the Consellería d’Educació, Formació i Occupació for the development of R&D actions by research groups of excellence within the program.
Current issues in the Psychology of Human Resources were discussed by experts of Seville and Valencia. Topics included Leadership in organizations, virtual teams and mindfulness among others.
