
On June 25th and 26th, the Idocal at the University of Valencia hosted the 16th Scientific Conference of Research in Human Resources Psychology, organized by the Doctoral Program in Human Resources Psychology of the University of Valencia and the University of Seville. Under the theme "Human-Centered Digital Transformation: Generative AI, Inclusion and Employee Well-Being," the conference brought together researchers and doctoral students to discuss some of the main challenges posed by digital transformation in organizations.
Throughout the conference, research was presented on generative artificial intelligence, innovation, leadership, employee well-being, inclusion, psychological safety, and scientific transparency. The program also included a keynote address by Lucia Cervi (University of Edinburgh Business School) and a panel discussion with predoctoral researchers, solidifying this event as a leading forum for knowledge exchange and scientific collaboration in Human Resources Psychology.
