The INTERNATIONAL JOINT MASTER OF RESEARCH IN WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY is a postgraduate program jointly offered and taught by three European universities: Maastricht University (The Netherlands, coordinating University), Leuphana University (Lüneburg, Germany) and the University of Valencia (Spain). After graduation, students will receive a joint diploma from the three universities. English is the official language for the overall master. The program has been accredited by the Dutch and Flemish agency of accreditation NVAO.
This program aims to develop high-level research skills in the field of work and organizational psychology, with a multi-cultural approach, that could be applied to different research environments (basic, applied, R&D, evaluative, translational, … research). Training is organized in four different semesters: first is developed in Maastricht University, second in Leuphana University and third in the University of Valencia. Fourth semester is devoted to elaborate the Master Thesis and students will be located in one of the three universities, according to the topic and tutors assigned.
