The Plan de Investigación, Internacionalización y Docencia en Inglés (PRIDA, Spanish for Plan for Research, Internationalisation and Teaching in English) is part of the internationalisation strategy of the Universitat de València (UV).
The main goal of this Plan is to train and improve the communicative and methodological skills of teaching staff and its activities are promoted and driven jointly by the Office of the Vice-Principal for Multilingualism, the Office of the Vice-Principal for Studies and the Office of the Vice-Principal for Teaching Transformation and Permanent Training.
From the Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation Service has organised an intensive course (30 hours) entitled “ENGLISH AS A MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION (EMI): ACTIVE METHODOLOGIES TO UNIVERSITY TEACHING IN ENGLISH”, which will be held on 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 July 2022, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm in the classroom of the Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation Service Building (Tarongers Campus).
This course is aimed at both teachers who have taught English for at least 5 years at Degree or Master’s Degree level (mentor role) and teachers who are interested and/or have the chance of teaching in English (novice role).

Registration will be done in two simultaneous steps:

Registration will be open from June the 1st at 9:00 am until June the 8th until 2:00 pm.
