Participants will be selected according to the following criteria:
- For those courses that have specific requirements, it must be verified that the applicants actually meet them.
- Preference will be given to the requests of those applicants who have not taken courses with similar characteristics in the last three years.
- Likewise, preference will be given to those who have not taken training courses in the last three years.
- In the event of a tie between applicants in application of the above criteria, it will be necessary to adhere to the rigorous order of entry of the applications (day and time of presentation)
The main objective of this course is to help lecturers improve their English, especially their:
- oral and written comprehension skills in the academic context
- oral and written production skills in the academic context
Participants will develop the following skills:
- the ability to understand lectures and other spoken academic genres in English.
- the capacity to speak effectively in English in an academic setting.
- the capacity to write effectively in English in an academic setting.
- the ability to negotiate the formal and informal register of the English language.
Attendance and completion of tasks in the classroom and online.
