Competencies to be developed
  • Being able to distinguish emotions among different people based on the specific way each person has to construct them.
  • Being able to describe the sequence of emotions: activation, maintanance, deactivation.
  • Being able to change the physiological features connected to the emotion.
  • Being able to change the representation of the emotion.
  • Being able to change the sequence of emotions to enhance a more useful behaviour.
Criteria and procedure for evaluation of the activity

Attendance 85%

Workshop with active participation in classroom, debates, and activities. Sharing our own experiences and different points of view are expected. The more, the merrier.
