As part of the training activities of the Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, some talks or seminars will be given by different chemical engineers (or related) and they are going to tell us how their profession was developed, both from their technic and personal point of view. Saggas is one of the biggest companies in Spain dedicated to the receipt, storage and dispatch of natural gas.
They usually collaborate with the Universitat in the fields of work placements and also, Degree students often come to visit.
Inés Picazo She is a chemical engineer from the Universitat de València and counts with more than 15 years of professional experience, last 12 in SAGGAS, and before that she has worked in Panrico, AINIA and IZAR CONSTRUCCIONES NAVALES. Inés is currently an environment chief and energetic quality management coordinator. This is a great and almost unique opportunity to learn at first hand how specific chemical procedures, practical knowledge and even the experiences of professionals work.
