
The team Innocampus of the Universitat has organised the round table ‘Beer and Science’ on Wednesday 22 March at 12:00h in the Sala Darwin.
Scientific interdisciplinarity will be analysed in this session ─ the one that is behind the beer and the business practice of production and commercialisation. The roundtable is accompanied with a tasting of Valencian beers and pairing by the students of Gastronomic Sciences.
The beer tasting is organised in collaboration with the following Valencian beer companies: Altura de Vuelos, La Socarrada, Tyris, Alegría and Valentivm.
