On 18-19 June took place the 6th Food_talks (f_talks) at BioHub VLC with the slogan THE FOOD CHANDE MAKERS SUMMIT took place
The conference was attended by professors Dr. Mónica Fernández and Dr. María José Ruiz and students of the Master's Degree in Food Quality and Safety. This conference has been a meeting with global leaders of the food system where they have talked about trends, challenges and opportunities of the most current sector.
It has been an excellent day, where high level topics have been discussed and from which we have obtained contacts and new collaborators for the next edition of the Master.
