The Master’s Degree in Food Quality and Safety of the University of Valencia is aimed at holders of a licenciatura, graduates and holders of a diplomatura with content in matters concerning Food Science.
- Holders of a licenciatura in Pharmacy, Science and Food Technology, Veterinary Medicine and holders of a diplomatura in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and equivalent graduates.
- Holders of a licenciatura in Medicine and Surgery, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science (and equivalent graduates (have the knowledge to follow it with advantage, as they have in their university studies a burden of experimental techniques).
- Finally, students from other scientific degrees (Marine Science) or aspects basically technical (Chemical Engineers or Agricultural Engineers) can take advantage of the training offered to complement their scientific or professional profile.
