The Master’s is aimed at training specialists, professionals and researchers, in the areas of Quality and Food Safety, so that at the end of the Master's students will be fully able to:

  • To provide their services in any food-related industry and be able to apply any of the techniques developed to solve potential needs arisen in research or productive activities.
  • To assess critically the applicability of the different experimental techniques, in order to have a broad knowledge of the methodology and tools foundations and possess a broad view of business abilities in a laboratory.
  • As an expert in experimental techniques, you will be trained to cope with any tool and technology that exists or may occur in the near future in the job market.
  • To train professionals to ensure quality and food safety as recommended by the Spanish Food Safety and Nutrition Agency (AESAN) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
  • To access to the doctoral programme, providing good potential for being a future university Professor or Researcher in any public institution or private laboratory.
