
On 16 May 2025, members of the Academic Committee and students of the Master's Degree in Food Quality and Safety participated in a visit to the facilities of Importaco Casa Pons S.A.U. in Beniparell, organised by the Chair of Business Culture, ADEIT of the UV.
During the visit to Importaco Casa Pons S.A.U., the quality managers demonstrated the manufacturing process for the products and the quality, hygiene and food safety procedures that are in place. The company demonstrated the clarity of its procedures, thus evidencing its commitment to quality and its responsibility towards people and the planet.
The event was attended by members of the Academic Committee of the Master in Food Quality and Safety (Dr. Mónica Fernández, Dr. Patricia Roig and Dr. María José Ruiz) and students of the 23-24 and 24-25 academic years.
The visit constituted an invaluable opportunity to gain insight into the operations of a Valencian company with a pronounced international orientation, having a presence in over 30 countries and demonstrating a profound commitment to the health and well-being of individuals.
