The increase in complexity of Human Resources management creates the need to clarify, especially to students, the role of this department inside different sectors.

For that reason, we have three professionals from different areas (IT, renewable energies and industrial sector) who will give us information about the Human Resources professional inside their sectors and the profiles and policies demanded and implemented by the company.

The conference will take place online on 21st January at 17:30 for second-year students of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. It will consist in interviews recorded with the professionals and a round table to resolve all the doubts that have appeared after the videos of the interviews.
