Anabel Fernández holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, a Master’s in Business Strategy, and a PhD in Business Management from the University of Valencia, where she received the Outstanding Postgraduate Award and the Outstanding Doctoral Award. Over the course of her professional career, she has worked in the investment department of a financial institution, as a local development agent in the public sector, and as a research assistant at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). Since 2010, she has been working at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Valencia, where she teaches courses related to business strategy and innovation management. She has been a visiting researcher at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Université de Bordeaux. She served as co-chair of the Special Interest Group on Business Strategy at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference and as a member of the association’s board. She also co-directed the Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Valencia. She currently coordinates the career services section of UVocupació at the University of Valencia and is an Associate Editor of the European Management Journal. Francisco J. Gracia (Degree in Psychology -1992- and Doctor in Social and Organizational Psychology -1998- by the Universitat de València), is Associate Professor of the Department of Social Psychology at the Universitat de València. Oscar Llopis is Full Professor in the Business Management Department at the Universitat de València.
