This Master’s aims to train experts capable of providing both solid and innovative knowledge, such as respectful values in the field of human resources management, its different methodologies and techniques in relation with business organisation, management practices, promotion of quality in working life and business strategy.

The Master’s has a strong multidisciplinary nature, as different departments of the University participate in it, what prepares the staff in all disciplines and facets related to Human Resources ManagementIts curriculum responds to the current needs of the business network and of the corresponding increasing working demand, as well as the recent Spanish policies of R & D and the “Europa 20” strategy of this decade, with particular attention to production, economic development and the welfare of the staff involved in these activities.

Its training program addresses the current needs of our business fabric and the growing demand for corresponding jobs, as well as recent Spanish R&D&I policies, with special attention to productivity, economic development, and the well-being of the people involved in these activities.

To meet these needs, the program is developed over two academic years and includes workshops and additional training, in an international environment with students from multiple nationalities. Furthermore, social and business participation is encouraged through various activities and the completion of curricular and extracurricular internships.
