It is a Master's degree affiliated to the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Food Sciences, Toxicology and Legal Medicine.

• It is taught by a teaching staff from the following Departments of the University of Valencia:
• Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Food Sciences, Toxicology and Legal Medicine
• Nursing
• Statistics and Operative Research
• History of Science
• Economy

And with the participation of an external teaching staff coming from the Center for Research in Public Health (FISABIO-CSISP) and the General Directorate of Public Health of the Valencian Department for Health of the Valencian Government.

It counts with the collaboration of the Escuela Valenciana de Estudios para la Salud (EVES) and the Valencian Department for Health of the Valencian Government.

It is developed through one academic year with a total of 60 credits (48 compulsory and 12 belonging to the Master's Degree Final Project).
