The access to the buildings through determined emergency doors and others different to the main door, located in the Building of Cabecera, as well as to the parking of the Academic Area of the Science Park, is done through a control system of electronic cards scanner. For that, it is necessary having enabled the corresponding permit in the electronic card of the Santander Bank which the staff linked to the UV possesses. If the staff does not have a direct link with the UV but does collaborate with some Institute or Centre, as well as for the staff of the Vivero Empresarial, specific cards have been enabled for the Science Park.

For that, the concierge staff is in charge of maintaining the update of an only archive with the data of all the staff belonging to the different Institutes and Centres of the Academic Area of the Science Park, as well as of enabling –in the corresponding computer program– the access permits to the different buildings and/or parking, in accordance with the authorisations issued by the directors of the corresponding Partnered Institues/Centres. It is important to bear in mind the Management Instruction 5/2016 as well as the Instruction Annex 5/2016.

Both the authorised staff (Santander Bank-UV cards, Science Park, IFIC, firms...) and the visiting staff (who a card will be provided a non-electronic card of the Science Park, identified as “Visit”) must carry visibly the corresponding card when  inside the facilities, with a ribbon with the logo of the Science Park and a visor provided for that purpose in the caretaker’s office.
