The Governing Council of the University of Valencia has passed the following

Deans of their studies to analyze the enrolment offer.

  • Licenciatura in Food Science and Technology: Professor Juan Carlos Moltó
  • Diplomatura in Human Nutrition and Dietetics: Professor Juan Carlos Molt
