Reservation of facilities at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences

In order to reserve any of the facilities at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences you need to address, either by phone call or by e-mail,  the Centre’s Office of the Secretary or Dean and request the availability of the activity’s date and time.

Facilities to be reserverd, maximum capacity and more information:

  • Salón de Grados (120), OpenCast system and videoconference.
  • Assembly Hall (57) OpenCast system and optional videoconference.
  • Boardroom (40) OpenCast system and optional videoconference
  • Staff Room (30) with interactive TV with webcam
  • Meeting Room / ICT Classroom (20)
  • 2nd floor Seminar Room (16)
  • Computer Classroom I (21 seats with computer)
  • Computer Classroom II (21 seats with computer)
  • Computer Room III (21 computer workstations)
  • Computer Room IV (25 seats with computer)
  • Reading Room / Microwave
  • Central Hall
  • Main entrance hall
  • Classroom entrance hall
  • Office 1 (4)
  • Office 2 - FarmaFood Emprén (4)
  • Office 3 (4)

The reservation of Classrooms and the Charles Darwin salon, will have to be done through the Unity for Campus Management filling the corresponding form.
