The Service Charter of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences is the product of our orientation to meet the needs of our users. Therefore, this Service Charter aims to inform the users about the following aspects:
- The services that we offer.
- The quality commitments we acquire in its provision.
- The indicators to measure the extent of these commitments.
- The rights and duties of users to use our services.
- The mechanisms of collaboration and participation of users in improving our services.
Another goal of this Charter is to contribute to institutional improvement taking an approach oriented to management processes; the needs and expectations of users are taken into account to improve the rendered services.
Both goals allow a better delivery of services and a better perception of our users; thus we aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of the University of Valencia.
