Submission of applications:
Term: from November 6 to 24, 2023
Place: through the Serveis Estudiant Portal
IMPORTANT: once the application has been made on the Student Portal, the application must also be made on the Banco Santander website. You can access the link by clicking here.
In point 2 of the indicative calendar of procedures of our Service you can see the terms foreseen in the management of the International Program scholarship.
Information for students who have submitted the application:
- Provisional publication of admitted and excluded applications: 16 January 2024 (admission to the award procedure indicates only the right to participate in the award, but in no case is the award of the scholarship or the corresponding destination, which will be published on February 7, 2024)
- Final publication of middle grades and linguistic and student accreditation excluded: Jannuary 2, 2024
- Publication of awarded scholarships and student destinations: February 7, 2024
- Information meetings: February 9, 2024

Provisional list of admitted and excluded applications.
Deadline for claims: Jan 22, 2024 through an e-mail addressed to programa.internacional@uv.es with personal data and the reason for the claim. The students will have to send the allegations with the institutional mail of the University (...@alumni.uv.es)
Important: In the case of being admitted, the applicants must also check if the average grade of their file and recognized linguistic accreditation are correct. The language certificate only appears if it has been presented within the deadline and if it corresponds to the language level required in the Portal Serveis Estudiant for the requested destination.
The applications of the people admitted in the final list that will be published on January 26, will participate in the award procedure of the International Program scholarships, following the order of priority established according to the criteria established in point 12 of the call.
Publication of the definitive list of admitted and excluded applications.
On Tuesday February 7, 2024 the results of the people who are beneficiaries of the scholarship will be published, indicating the destination university.
The scholarships will be awarded following the evaluation and allocation criteria for places included in point 12 of the 2024-2025 call.
Publication average grades of degrees.
NOTICE - In-person meeting (only for people with a scholarship from the International Program):
- Location: Tarongers Campus - North Classroom - Classroom N101
- Date: Friday, February 9, 2024
- Time: 11 am
Resolution of the Vice Chancellor by which the positions of the International Program are awarded.
NOTICE: there is no waiting list. In the case of having also applied for the Erasmus studies scholarship, and having obtained this scholarship, we advise you to accept it.
The students who do not appear on the award list is because they have not obtained the scholarship after applying the criteria established in point 12 of the call.
IMPORTANT: all students and students with a place awarded in the 2024-2025 International Program will have to follow the following steps of the procedure:
1. Attend the face-to-face informative meeting, Friday, February 9 at 11.00 hours, Tarongers Campus, North Classroom, room N101 . Meeting attendance is mandatory.
2. Accept the scholarship: To accept your scholarship you need to follow these steps:
- Accept your scholarship on the Banco Santander website by clicking on the red button 'accept your scholarship' that you will see in the notification you will receive in your email. The term to accept it here will be 7 days from the moment you receive the notification.
- Accept your scholarship through the Online Office UV: you must search the Online Office UV for the procedure "International Program File" and follow the acceptance steps. The deadline to accept the scholarship for all destinatios is from February 9 to 29, 2024
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT :
- Failure to formally accept the UV Electronic Headquarters on the indicated date implies resignation from the International Program.
- The formal acceptance of the scholarship of the International Program will suppose the automatic renunciation of the Erasmus studies program 2024-2025

New publication of the resolution of the Vice Chancellor by which the places of the International Program 2023-2024 are awarded. This includes international double degree students who, according to point 12.6 of the announcement, have their place reserved to carry out their second year at the same destination university.
NOTICE: there is no waiting list. In the case of having also applied for the Erasmus studies scholarship, and having obtained this scholarship, we advise you to accept it.

In the 2022-2023 call, the conditions implemented due to covid-19 are maintained:
- Face-to-face, mixed (blended learning) or virtual (online) mobility is supported.
- To receive the scholarship it will be necessary to travel to the destination country, with the express permission of the host university.
- Annual mobilities over seven months will receive the full scholarship.
- Annual mobility of less than seven months will be considered semi-annual stays for economic purposes.
- In one semester mobilities, the minimum period of stay to receive financial aid will be three months.
