• Public holidays and non-taught days may vary depending on the dates for public holiday and work calendars in 2025.
• No further changes can be made to degree records after the academic year of 2024–2025 ends on the 12th September 2025.
• No further changes can be made to master´s degree records after the academic year of 2024-2025 ends on the 19th September 2025.
• Some Faculties may state that there are holidays on the 23th December 2024.

• Midterms: Centres with permission from their Boards to do midterms for year-long subjects will use the same exam dates as the first semester exams.
• Second Call examinations: Between the exam date for the First Call of a subject and the date of the Second Call examinations of a subject there must be, at least, 21 calendar days.

During the second term of an undergraduates’ final degree year, the planning and scheduling of exams should take under consideration that students are required to complete the Undergraduate Degree Final Project (TFG).

 Any changes to the Academic Calendar will need the approval of the Degree Committee, the Office of the Vice-Principal for undergraduate degrees and language policy as well as that of the Centre´s Examination Board.
