The University of Valencia has opened the fourth edition of the 'Activa Música' awards, a call for aid for cultural participation, which aims to promote musical practices and highlight the creativity of the university community.
With a financial award of 5,000 euros, this competition promoted by the Vice-Rector for Culture and Society, is aimed at students, teaching, research and service staff, as well as members of foundations linked to the University of Valencia. Interested people can send their musical projects until June 14. From among the projects presented, 10 musical performances will be selected to take place at the La Nau Cultural Center or in other university spaces.
Each of the selected proposals will receive a grant of 500 euros. For more information and details about the call here.
