• Academic Certificate of UV Title
• Official Academic Transcript
• Certificate of Admission to Degree
• Certificate of Admission Master’s Degree
• Enrolment Certificate
• School Insurance Certificate
• Enrolment Payment Certificate
• Application for Certificate of attendance for Incoming exchange students 2019-2020
• Application for Certificates to the Student Service

Procedure:

1.- You (or an authorised person) must submit the request form to the Faculty administration office during the opening hours.

2.- Please pay the fee to the bank for the certificate, if applicable, and bring the receipt you are given to the administration office with the application form.

3.- You can pick up the certificate within 10 days at the administration office: please submit
