1- Reservation of Classrooms (UV staff and institutions)
To request renting a classroom managed by the Faculty, fill in this Reservations Forms. We will contact you to arrange your request.
2- Reserving the Assembly Hall and the Board Room.
The request should be made with at least a week’s notice before the event by completing the reservation form. Once the reservation has been made, we will contact you to arrange your request.
Renting Teaching Facilities (Staff and External Institutions)
To request renting facilities run by the Faculty, please download the document "Form for Assignment of Facilities". Once completed, it should be submitted to the Faculty administration office.

Reservation of Research Facilities (Staff)
Useful information regarding Faculty resources and European Regional Development Fund resources:
Requests will be granted if made well in advance. Resources will be optimised to meet the conditions of the request.
