First-year Erasmus Mundus Master WOP-P students collaborated with undergraduate psychology students, both local and Erasmus, in an internationalization-at-home initiative focused on leadership.
Led by Núria Tordera, Inmaculada Silla, Mario Martínez Córcoles, and Viky Fajardo (UV), the activity explored Servant Leadership, Emotional Leadership, Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), and Authentic Leadership.
On February 20 and 21, the students analyzed leadership effectiveness and its cultural implications using evidence-based approaches. They presented their findings through role-playing, interviews, and leader analysis.
This initiative enriched learning by integrating academic knowledge with practical experience, highlighting the value of internationalization at home in higher education.
