Presented in Valencia in October 2002.

Developed by DATS Research Group, aimed at workers of the company Hasbro Iberia, SL in order to prevent commuting and "on-mission" accidents.

Specific aims of the course: helping workers to understand the risks they take while driving, how they affect them, how they can be avoided, especially through informing and training workers on road safety, in order to change their attitudes, and eliminate inappropriate and risk behaviours.

Specific contents of the course: the problem of commuting and on-mission accidents: frequency and consequences; human factor: driving behavior and main psychophysical and transitory factors; the vehicle: main safety systems (active and passive) and maintenance; road and regulations: specific road risks and the reasons of the main traffic regulations whose infraction has a greater influence on the accident rate.
