Description

Through this master's degree, the student acquires the knowledge and the techniques of application of the new models of business management improving in efficiency and competitiveness. The master's degree provides training in the conception, organization and management of multidisciplinary projects, offering the necessary tools for successful performance, as well as the strategic vision necessary to move the management culture through projects to the organizations. In this sense, the contents of the program range from an introduction to project management to the management of costs, human resources, quality and the risks involved in the administrative closure of the project.

Methodology: By multi-channel distance learning we mean the feedback of knowledge using different communication vehicles. That is, conventional distance education through paper documents or other support, online communication (online) through different virtual classrooms and face-to-face sessions. To adequately address this learning process we have considered it appropriate to start learning how an adult learns, why these processes must be self-directed, adaptive and must be articulated from the constructivist perspective. Conceptual elements that we will try to concretise throughout the course and that will be the basis of our methodology
