The Governing Council also approved the undergraduate and master’s degree programmes of the University of Valencia for the coming year, as well as 256 UV-specific postgraduate degrees that will make up the institution’s training offer for UV-specific master’s degrees, diplomas, certificates and expert diplomas.

The programme of official degrees approved comprises 8,800 places in 56 undergraduate degrees, 4 of which are also offered in the Ontinyent Campus, and 9 double degrees.

There are 4,479 places offered in 103 official master’s degrees.

The University of Valencia will continue to offer the largest number of places for official undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the Valencian Community, as a public university service that covers all branches of knowledge.

Law – Economics, new double degree for the coming academic year

The Governing Council has approved the new double degree Law – Economics, with 50 places, which has the favourable support of the faculty board of Law and Economics. This degree will begin in the coming 2021-2022 academic year.

With a total of 373.5 credits divided into 5 academic years, the students will obtain degrees on Law and Economics. They will also receive integrated economic-legal training designed for their occupational integration in the public sector and the economy and law fields, which differ from and complement the business environment.

With this new degree, the University of Valencia reinforces its commitment to double degree programmes and complements, in the legal and economic areas, the Business Management and Administration-Law programme, which is aimed towards higher employability within the business sector.
