The team of the Universitat-IDOCAL is led by the professor Jose M. Peiró.

The project is led nu the University of Upsala, but the European partners are also the Universitat de València, the Rijksuniversitei Groingen and the Kungliga Tekniska Hoegskolan. Furthermore, the Ministry of Education, the ILSSA of Ministry of Labour and the five universities of Vietnam: the National Economics University, the Hanoi University of Industry in Hanoi, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, the HCMUTE Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, and also the DAI HOC HUE University also participate.

The aim of this project is to increase the employability of graduate students in Vietnam. For this, four measures will be made: On one hand, the development of a labour insertion research of enrolled students of the five universities of Vietnam participating in the project. On the other hand, the creation of career and job counselling development services. The promotion of the training in transverse competencies for university students; the creation of a portal to obtain regular information about labour insertion; and last, to provide advisory services for students and graduate students of the universities.

The project has been presented this month at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education of Vietnam, in Hanoi.
