The deadline to participate in the Chinese Bridge competition is on 25 April. Read the contest rules to participate and win great prizes.
The competition is divided into four levels: child level, students of secondary school and high school level, university students, and adults level.
The Confucius Institute at the Univesitat de València will give a free tutoring to prepare contestants on Monday and Wednesday before the contest, from 17:30 to 19:00, at the Headquarters of Tarongers Campus.
The competition begins at 17:00 and there will be a break of 15 minutes.
It is divided into three parts:
1. Speech in Chinese (you can not read any text), free topic of 3 minutes long.
2. Questions about Chinese culture and language
3. Short performance (music, singing, dance, poetry, a comical conversation, painting, etc...)
The jury of the contest will consist of five members to deliberate together and agree on the winner and the remaining positions.
The contestant who gets the first prize will receive a free enrolment to study during a four-monthly period in any Chinese course of Confucius Institute at the Universitat de València. This award expires in April 2016.
Moreover, the three finalists of this edition of the Chinese Bridge Contest in the Valencian Community will enter the national final.
