“Osama” is a man's name, but it is a young girl who will assume this name in order to go unnoticed by the Talibans. In the hard years of this regime, political, religious and social oppresion was common currency. The hard economical situation of people is an aggravating factor; but the worst is gender violence. “Osama”, our girl, will do whatever possible to support her family and, when she gets to school, she will be exposed to give away her true identity.
