Agenda UV

The Horse Riding team of the UV compete from 29 to 31 May in the University Spanish Championship, which will be held in the horse riding facilities UCJC Sports Club, located at the campus of the Camilo José Cela University (Madrid). Between Saturday and Sunday the different teams of the universities will compete in the dressage, para-equastrian and show jumping modalities.

Marta Esteve with Campione, student of law and Noelia Reig with Risto, student of psychology will represent the UV in the championship, in the dressage modality. The team will not compete in the para-equastrian and show jumping modalities as they will be competing for the national championship on the same weekend. Miguel Ángel Torregrosa, technician of the Physical Education and Sports Service and the head of team, said: “that despite the youth of the horse riders, they will do a good job. Marta and Noelia are experienced in competition. Marta will ride Campione, a young horse that is consolidating its training level and we are convinced they will give it all. Noelia will ride Risto, which is a horse with a lot of experience and probably this will be reflected on the results”.
