The field of Remote Sensing, that is, the observation of the Earth and space from the spacial platforms, encompasses a multitude of disciplines, and professionally, affects persons of very diverse academic training.

The objective of the Master's is to provide students a training in Remote Sensing which allows them to assimilate the scientific bases of the process of information obtention since the crude images for different kinds of sensors on board diverse platforms and trains them in order to extract useful information about our environment in diverse fields of knowledge.
