Participation as a speaker in the Sixth Erasmus Summer School of Physics at UV, presenting the talk 'Prediction and Modeling of Human Color Vision
On Wednesday, September 11th, PhD student Paula García had the pleasure of participating as a speaker in the Sixth Erasmus Summer School of Physics, organized by the University of Valencia. This event brought together students of Physics, other STEM fields, and also high school students passionate about science and technology.
During the school, Paula García presented the talk titled 'Prediction and Modeling of Human Color Vision,' where she discussed the complex relationship between light, the human visual system, and computational models that simulate color perception. She also highlighted the challenges faced by people with color vision deficiencies and how these models can help better understand their experiences in everyday tasks. It was a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge and connect with such a curious and passionate audience!"
