El impacto real de la DANA sobre el sector audiovisual valenciano

Recent DANA episodes have had a significant impact on infrastructure, companies, self-employed professionals, and the productive dynamics of the audiovisual sector, particularly in vulnerable areas of the Valencian territory. Despite the sector’s economic and cultural relevance, there is a lack of a systematic and comprehensive assessment of the damages and of the real response capacities. This absence of diagnosis limits the effectiveness of public measures and coordination among stakeholders. The project addresses this knowledge gap through an applied, interdisciplinary, and action-oriented approach.

AI supported and enhanced creativity for the triple transition

The AI-SECRETT project, led by Econcult - University of Valencia and funded by the European Union with €7.2 million, sets out to empower Europe’s creative future through Artificial Intelligence. AI-SECRETT ambitiously aims to foster advanced digital skills and human-centric innovation through artificial intelligence.

CULT.T Culture and Technology project

The CULT.T project aims to hybridise technological and artistic-cultural knowledge through a STEAM approach within European higher education institutions (HEIs) with a technical and technological profile. This initiative seeks to respond to the growing presence of digital technologies in the valorisation and use of cultural assets, by encouraging women with a humanities background to enter STEM fields of study and increasing their employment opportunities in a labour market marked by strong gender imbalances.

CÁTEDRA ESPACIOS

ESPACIOS (Espais) is an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture and developed in collaboration with the University of Valencia. Its aim is to generate knowledge on infrastructure, spaces, and facilities dedicated to culture, creativity, and innovation.
